Wilton 450 not 500

Well got the vise today and it is not a 500 it is the 450. Guy did not know what he had and didn't do a very good job describing it. But on a good note it looks very good and just needs a little rust removal and paint. Ended up paying $50. My brother traded a chainsaw for it and gave me a deal on the vise.

Great score and a great Wilton. I happen to like them better then the 500S. You might already have an idea about how you might want to dress up that beauty. Its got so much original paint left, I'll show you what I did with one. Natural, original and cleaned up like this one I found looked best, and it sold in a day.

Notice the later year Wiltons enclosed the threaded channel cap that used to fit in the back, now its inside the main housing.
