Wilton Aluminum Pipe Wrenches?

I stumbled onto some Wilton aluminum pipe wrenches for a good price online but don't know anything about them and if they're worth having. The Wilton site has no info that I could find on them and searching garage journal and google hasn't come up with anything either. Does anyone have these and could provide some insight? I am particularly interested in COO, are they US made? Thanks!

If they're priced close to imported competitors, then they're not US made.

Their utility vises are 1/3 the cost of their US made Tradesman vises, while still being priced a wee bit higher than other brands' china vises.
