Hey everybody
I just posted a video about the Wilton ATV (All Terrain) Vise & thought it would be a good option for those who are not always near a bench mount vise in the shop. They designed it to attach to any standard 2" receiver (trailer hitch or bracket) & you can literally have it on the back of your truck one minute & immediately carry it inside the garage and bench mount it the next minute.
It comes in at about 40 lbs & has a 6" jaw width. They also have pipe jaws built in, so holding pipes up to 3" is not an issue. The anvil on the top doubles as a carrying handle (hollow underneath), and the shaft has set screws that expand to ensure a tight fit in your hitch.
Overall it seems like a quality vise in this price range (about $200), and it has a lifetime warranty. One suggestion that I have is to pay the little extra up-front and get the heavy duty blow mold carrying case --- it is actually very sturdy & holds the vise very securely (especially if you are carrying this around in your truck or trailer).
