Wilton bullet Vise add a swivel base

All, I was wondering if you can add a swivel base to a Wilton Bullet vise that does not have a swivel base on it, its a model 9300 3" jaws, also would it be hard to find a base for it ? thanks.

If it's a current model you can probably buy one new. Won't be cost effective, but it's possible. As for finding a used base in Chandler, Arizona, frankly I doubt it.

Are you sure you really need a swivel base? Unless you have a really high end vise those things are nearly impossible to get tight enough, which means your vise moves when you don't want it to. Personally, I don't use the things.

What's the diameter of the mounting base of your vise?

I didnt buy it yet, I found one and it was really clean so I didnt know about the swivel base if I can add the base or not . maybe i should just wait and find anothe vise with the swivel base. but this is really clean, wants 150.00 for it
