Wilton bullet vise

Anybody out there know anything about this Wilton bullet advice? I have a few, but I’ve never seen one with the notches on the jaws like this. It’s coming up for sale and I’m interested in buying it. Any information would be appreciated.

The notches are clearance for the jaw mounting screws that screw into the jaws from the back instead of the front like some models.
