Hi guys I have a Wilton C1 that I want to restore but the problem is that I'm missing one of the most important parts the handle with the big screw on it . Do any of you guys know where I can get it? And does some one have a exploded view of the vise just to make sure that's all I'm missing ? Any help is really appreciated. I've seen some really nice write ups and seen some really cool resto jobs hopefully I can get this one going thanks.

I once ordered a spindle for someones C-1 a good while ago and it worked. it came with the collar and screws. It costs about $70. I've got a couple of old 3" Wiltons, one might work.

Great! How would we go about doing this?

I ordered a spindle for a Wilton 1745 and it was too small, then I ordered one for a 350S and it fit perfect,

I thought you meant the main handle up front. If you already have the base, take it to the hardware store and fit in a pair of carriage bolts and plain nuts. If they are 7/16 those replacement swivel handles would look great!

No those. Are not the right ones I need the main Handel .... Does anyone have a exploded view? Of the parts that go to this vise??

wilton parts a tricky. I had an older C-2. I ended up selling it for $110 because it was missing the pipe jaws and Wilton did not make ones for the older ones. I suppose I could have fabricted them somehow, but kind of left a bad taste in my mouth with them.

That was the worst thing Wilton Tool did was to sell out to WMH. The older C2 pipe jaws are the same as the new style

Mine were different, they anchored with a tiny pin if I remember right. I also remember them being very expensive. Maybe I just have regret over selling. I still have C-0 and it seems to be big enough for now.

Thats an easy fix, first off that washer is not needed nor did it ever come on the older Wiltons, When I replace the collar I never use that washer, 2nd, you can make those pins. Get yourself some 1/4" steel rod and cut 2 pieces 1" long. Take two vise grips and clamp down each end and turn in opposite directions. This roughings up the surface so they will go in tighter you tap them. Make sure the holes align up with that threaded assy. I've got a new collar. $10 with washer and screws.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the handle and screw? I may have found one but I'd like to make sure it's the right one
