Wilton ID and info please

Hello all, thanks for having me, im a mechanic by trade and enjoy vintage using vintage tools, my father is a bit of a yard sailor and flea market junkie and he picked up this Wilton vise for me, I dont have it in my possession as yet and this is the only photo I have thus far. Dispite googling for a few hours ive come away more confused than before lol.
Anyway id appreciate any info you fine folks could provide for me as far as model number and approximate build date.

It's a Schiller Park Wilton, and not an early model, judging by the shape of the rear. My guess is early 1980's. I think the jaws are home-made or custom made.
