I am in need of some info on the power arm junior knob. i believe this is the early knob that mounts to the flat piece of metal not the knob that mounts to the rod. I have attached a picture of the missing ball first and then some pictures of the actual ball. The info i need is.

1) close up pictures of it side top and bottom
2) Diameter of the ball not including the raised ridge
3) Diameter of the raised ridge
4) Ideas on where i can find one at or what i can use to make a new one out of

Thanks for the help.

Just an FYI my power arm does not have the raised edge. It is a smooth ball. Not saying it isnt factory just throwing it out there.

I have 4 of them and never noticed, three of the balls are smooth and one has the ridge...

The one with the ridge is 1-1/2" OD and 1-3/8" inside the ridge, i.e. the ridge is about 1/16".

The smooth ones are 1-9/16"

I measured these with a tape measure, no calipers, and it is very early, but I think I'm pretty close!

Let me know if you need more pictures...

Good Luck!

I needed a similar sized ball-know for the blade engagement for a lawn tractor. I drilled and tapped one of the red colored golf balls like they use at putt-putt. A little loctite and it was there for good.
