How wide are those jaws?

I’ve never seen one with those tall jaw inserts. Maybe replacements?

Do a search on this site. One of the members here did a great tear down thread. It was a special one year only model I believe.

I've been looking for a 4" or 5" Wilton with a swivel base for the past few months. I've viewed a lot of ads.... and I mean a lot. This is the first one I've seen with jaws that extend about the mounts.

How wide are the jaws? Any indication of date on the flyer? Wilton did not make many of those - seems they were not well received.

jaws 4-1/2 the man i bought it off worked at wilton he said 1967
