Wilton Torco vise value

Any idea of a reasonable value on this Wilton Torco Vise? I found this in my Dads garage. Other than a little dirt and some rust, I think it might be brand new.

The Torco is somewhat the home owner line of Wilton. Probably from the 60 70s era. IMO a pretty good vice compared to today`s cheap imports. If it`s a 3 1/2- 4 inch probably worth $25
