Wilton Vise Experts...I have a question

So, I ran across a local that has two Wilton bullet vises with 4" jaws, so I am assuming they are the C-1 model. I have only seen a few pics of them, they look ok from the pics but are missing the swivel bases. He is asking $200 each, what do you guys think? If I go look them over, what should I look for?

The C series are combination vises, meaning they have pipe jaws as well as regular jaws. Wilton did make fixed base vises in their lineup, but I believe all the C series have swivels. It could be the ones you found are the way they're supposed to be. Do you have any pics? I'm not a Wilton expert, i'm sure they will chime in.

I don't have any pics to post up. I asked they guy to take some more detailed pics and send them to me, along with the numbers on them. I was not aware about the fixed bases, thanks!

C1 has a 4 1/2 inch jaw. Better reassume.
