Wilton vise “help”

Need help trying to figure out this vise and base, obviously it’s marked a Wilton but what model?. I’ve looked all over the internet and can’t find anything. It’s for sale in my area.

Has its jaws too. That's important. They aren't bolted in, they sit in place

Search Wilton Tilt and you’ll get a bunch of hits. The ad above shows a different tilt locking mechanism than the picture from the OP. Maybe it’s an earlier version.

Thanks, I was using the wrong key words while searching, flip grip vise did the trick. Hopefully I can buy this only $25.00, waiting for the guy to respond.
