Wilton Vise help

I’m looking to see if I can get some help identifying a Wilton vise.

The vise is a Bullet vise, with “Wilton Chicago” in both sides. The vise is 5” wide. It has “No 4” on one side. The key is stamped “3-46”. What might be the model number and value for this vise?

Manufactured March 1946 from what I have read. May not have sold during that time though.

Looking at the bottom of this 1946 catalog page, the did offer both with and without swivel, but no pic of without, need to imagine,

I said I was new to site and vintage vises. I think I’m missing the swivel base. It’s a 4 1/2 jaw. Anyone know the correct base I’m looking for? Thanks
