Wilton vise- how did I do this time?

Cool old vise, post up some pics after its cleaned up.
Bluebolt If you notice the date on that Cadet is within the GUAR EXP DATE's of the machinist's vises however the Cadet only had a 2 Yr. Guarantee. That's why the date is actual.
Went to another yard sale. they had this Wilton along with the bench grinder. I had to take both. Got them for $25. The Wilton is going to hit ebay. not sure what to do with the grinder though.
The last few Cadets I've seen on the bay have gone for big bucks. That vise looks to be in A-1 condition. Cha-Ching!!

Oh I noticed the date alright. It is the first Bullet or Cadet vise with a 1957 stamping I have found period. It is also the earliest Schiller Park Cadet. The earlier Cadets WERE stamped with GUAR EXP. The Cadets with blue dates below are stamped GUAR EXP.
