Here is my wilton that I use at home, I haven't seen many with the stationary jaw set up like this. Could someone tell me what these vises are called, and for what purpose. is it made to swivel, or put a different type jaw? Whats it worth? Any info is appreciated. Thanks guys!

The rear jaw swivels for holding odd shaped work. They're pretty unusual and generally highly sought after. If you remove the pin, the rear jaws should rotate.
