I looked (briefly) for another thread to add this to but figured creating a new one would be best.

I found a Vise on Craigslist and am interested in looking at it but can’t figure out what model it is. The seller doesn’t know either

That model is not uncommon. If that’s original condition it’s not a steal but not a bad price really. That would be my bottom dollar if I was the seller. Compare to $90 after tax for the biggest vise at any box store and it’s easily worth $120.
