Wilton Vise parts problem need advice & direction

I finally got the vice apart. Its a 4.5" and it says Guar Exp 12-31-59 on the dynamic guide. It says A9450 under the Static jaw. On the side it says Wilton, Chicago 14. I tried reading some of the threads on here, but its like stepping into a library where all the books are strewn in a pile in the middle and I have to sort through them all to find the little bit of info that I need. And some of it seems to conflict with other info. But I am probably not reading it right.

What I am looking for: Info on the vise and any hope of getting a swivel base for an affordable price.
