Well it finally came apart...

First I put it in a hydraulic press and compressed it and after 5 minutes of trying to get the jaw free with a 5 lb slide hammer my boss came up with this idea..

I had to anchor it to the floor and use a porta power against an I beam to separate it.. It wanted to rip out of the floor so I braced it with a come along and after a couple minutes it was free

I had to drill out the heads on the screws that hold the jaws in but luckily I was able to get out the remaining part off with vise grips.

As of today I cleaned the slide and put it back together to make sure it works. Then dissembled it again to clean out all the bolt holes with taps. I'm currently cross and draw filing the anvil surface to get it looking new.

I'll post pics of the cleanup progress soon.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions so far.
