Got a DOE wrench in a box I bought and its only the 3rd Winchester I have come across. Don't know if there is a list of Winchester tools out there or not so I'll start with mine and if anyone wants to add to it feel free.
18" pipe wrench;
S wrench #1548--7/16" STD=7/8" opening,3/8" STD=3/4" ?
DOE #1246-- 3/4" = 1" opening, 7/8" = 1 1/8" opening.
