window capping

i'm trying to wrap my exterior window casings w/coil, but the header and the window casing sides expose the upper corners underneath when put together. how do i eliminate this ?

On the sides, fit as needed, but let a tang protrude above the head piece about an inch on the outside edge. 45 the corner but leave it a tad long. Fold the piece over the head. When you cap the head, it will all be covered except a tiny spot at the corner. Put a spot of sealer/caulk on the corner right before folding over the tang, then finger compress some color matched caulk into the seam to blend things.
