Window gear grease

I'm restoring a 79 Jeep Cherokee with power windows. I pulled the cover plate off the worm gear assembly that causes the window lift bar to go up and down. It has some black grease in it. It is slick, a lot like graphite, but viscous like axle grease. What should I put back in the gear?

The lift mechanism had a white grease that was dried out and hard to scrape off. I'm guessing that was white lithium. Any recommendations on what to use there? Something that doesn't dry out so bad.

It's probably Sil-Glyde: http://www.agscompany.com/lubricants/automotive/168

I think NAPA also sells it in their own tubes, but its still labeled Sil-Glyde.
