Is Facom primarily made out of TW these days ? Looking to get a windshield puller, not sure if the $$ is worth the quality on it

I have this ^^^ from NAPA. Cost me $15 and it works well.

The Facom CR.D10 is the nicest wiper arm puller I've seen (see https://www.ultimategarage.com/shop/part.php?products_id=5763 ) but as others have said, if you don't do a lot of these and have already have a battery terminal puller in your box, that should get the job done.

Production of this item shifted to Taiwan in 2018.......I still have 20 in stock that were made in France.
