wiper arm removal tool

I have a 1988 GM. (Olds) What tool will remove the wiper arm. Not a generic "I think it works" tool. The screwdriver pry tool ain't cutting it. Lisle ? KD?

does it have the bolt on or clip on style? If its the bolt on style the removal tool for a top post battery terminal work very nice. If its the clip on style ones like this from snap-on work.
