I need to pull some wire. I’ve got a long 2” run from the conex to the shop. And I pretty much got that figured out. Two 90 degree turns and a long, gentle sweep.
My question is when I hit the shop. I have an LB conduit box coming bolted to the side of the shop. Do I start over with my angle calculations from the LB into the subpanel in the shop? Or do I have to pull it all the way to the sub panel?
That is, I’m trying not to exceed about 270° of turns in the conduit run.
On a related note, do I have to put splices in the LB conduit box or can I just shove the cable back into the conduit and start a new pull? I read something about that not being up to code. Am I limited to one continuous pull?
New to this. Any thoughts appreciated.
