Wire recommendation?

I’m wiring up my gate to my property and I need some recommendations. I need some low voltage wire for my gate call box. Its power supply is 24v 2amp supply. I also have the Knox for the FD and the open signal wires. They originate from the junction box that also houses the 120 volt supply to the gate motor. I could use 14ga thhn but I feel it’s overkill. Is there a more suited, smaller gauge wire anyone would recommend?

How long will the 14 gage wire be?
Will the only 120 volt load be the opener? Maybe a light.
Note you are not allowed to put the voltage control wires in the same pipe as the 120 volt wires
What gauge wire do the instructions call for on the control wires.
Consider using direct burie cat 5 cable for the controls with or without a pipe..

It’s only 25’ of wire. There are lights and outlets already done, along with the gate motor. I‘ll most likely use the 14 gauge wire I have on hand. I was curious if there was something else better/easier to use that could be run in conduit to the call box. It’s in its own conduit that’s already in place but Liftmaster does a mediocre job of isolating line voltage and “low voltage” once in the motor.
Also, the AES Opyn (call box/intercom) recommends 18gauge wire at that distance.
