Wire stretcher identification

Can anyone help identify and date this wire stretcher?

^ I do not, but I think more photos showing the entire unit and perhaps some details might help. Any forging marks/stampings on it anywhere? Patent date? Anything?
There were more than a few "wire stretchers" manufactured after the advent of wire fencing.
Not sure what the "Class" is at USPTO.

You can run a search in my list for "wire stretcher" or "fence stretcher" to find manufacturers' names, but I can't recall any off the top of my head that used that notched "ladder" design.

Here are some of the part numbers.

Those are forging codes and aren't going to be much help, I don't think.
Short of a patent date or number, or a manufacturer's name on the unit itself, the only way to identify an object like that is by visual comparison of items found in older catalogs and trade journals, and it's difficult to say where to even start.
When you start digging through copies of "Iron Age" or "Prairie Farmer" is where you find stuff like that. If you turn over enough rocks, eventually you find a match.
