Looking to buy a fairly inexpensive stripping machine for a demo project at work.

We are in the process of replacing all of out old florescent lights at work. We are recycling all the light fixtures, ballasts, and all associated wire. Scrap wire is worth so much more stripped.

Anyone have any experience using a bench mounted stripper for scrap recycling?

Thanks,

Bruce

My scrap yard won't accept ballasts. Might want to look into that before wasting too much time on them

Ballasts often have nasty stuff in them CFC, so may need to go to hazmat disposal.
