Wire type question for 200A subpanel

I'm relocating the 200A main service panel (now a subpanel) 75' to the other end of my home. I've installed a cut-off panel (next to the meter) and would like to connect that panel to the sub with 2" PVC(?) conduit thru the attic. Yes, I'm aware that it's not required when using SER, but I've learned never to underestimate the resourcefulness of bushy-tailed tree rats! So here's my question...I was planning on using AL 4/0,4/0,4/0,2/0 SER wire but now I'm wondering if there's another wire type to consider? I was fine until I started browsing the wire & cable your way website, now I'm . Any suggestions so I can move on to obsessing about other things on the remodel? Thanks!

Use individual xhhw aluminum conductors. I would pull 4/0, 4/0, 2/0, 4.

Check with your local codes, at least where I am at, we are not allowed to use a derated neutral anymore in residential. But yes, I also agree on the XHHW

Thanks for the input, I'll check the codes tomorrow. FWIW, I do know the incoming wires to the meter are 4/0,4/0,2/0. I do like this approach over the SER.

I wouldnt bother with SER in conduit

The xhhw will be easier
