So it is already time for a new wire wheel for my bench grinder. Last one I bought was from Grainger which was pure Asian garbage that did not last very long and wire strips flying all over.
Is there a USA made one that will last with lots of wire and thick - I use it all the time.
Thanks guys.

The last wire wheels that I bought were made by Weiler in the usa.

Check their website for different types and sizes.

I thought Weiler was made in China now? I could be wrong.

Weiler used to be my pick, they were fabulous. Then right before menards stopped carrying them I was noticing a lot more **** of Chinese origin. I do not know if they still make good stuff or not but am watching this thread for future options for myself.

Not sure about the COO but I have Walter wire wheel and cup brushes and they are all I use after the offshore wire wheel shed a bunch of wires that embedded themselves into my face shield and shoulder about 6 years ago.
