Anyone else do this?
A few months back I picked up an OLD desktop computer and stuck it under my workbench, I got a wireless router and had it run off my main computer.
It was nice not to have to run in the house all grimy to check on a part at the parts store. After about 9 months it took a dump (I'm guessing it had something to do with heat and cold of my garage)
Anyway, Since I got a MODIS now, I am looking at getting an old Panasonic TOUGHBOOK and put it on the cart with the MODIS. Since both will be using the same monitor, I will just run a hard switch between MODIS and LAPTOP.
