Does anyone have any first hand experience with those new style wireless smoke detectors?
My new home has hard wired system for Co2, Smoke / Heat in the garage, basement, and out side the hall way of the bed rooms.
I wanted to install these units in all the bed rooms, utility, garage, and any other area of concern.
The reason being is that I want to have both ionization & optical sensors to detect all the scenerios of lots of smoke, little heat. Lots of heat, little smoke etc.
I have seen the benefits of both, and their short comings. So would very much like to have these units installed for the capability of central alarming to all wireless modules like it is for my hard wired units.
Cost is not an object, so if you know of a good brand or have pro's or con's with respect to the topic at hand I would greatly appreciate your feed-back.
