I would like to install a wireless thermostat so I can turn up the heat before I go out. I have a 55000 Mr Heater. I cannot find the thread about this but sure it’s here

Thanks

I use the Sensi by Emerson. Have no issues and works great. Have the same one in the house as well.

I have a Sensi as well, and have been completely happy with it. I bought it when my old dumb t-stat quit, and decided a WiFi model was the way to go. The best part of mine is the lock feature, which is controlled by my phone. Now the in-laws can try as they might, but can't mess with the temp!

I have a couple of the Honeywell RTH6580WF units and they perform flawlessly... also integrate well with my home automation server.

I'm in the Honeywell camp as well. Between house and shop I have now 3 of these after going through a number of other ones. These seem to be versatile enough, integrate in my Smartthings home automation well and have been working flawless so far:

(I use the Z-Wave models, but they are basically the same thermostat, just different wireless protocols)
