I splice it to a corded pump how?

It's just a SPDT switch on page 2 of your manual you posted.

Black is common... Usually use as the normal input.

Blue is N.O (output).. means Normally OPEN means it will not conduct until the float reach a certain level to activate it.

Brown is N.C (output). means Normally CLOSE means it will normally conduct until the float reach a certain level and deactive it. It's basically the opposite of N.O.

you'll have to decide which one is your application and cap the other wire.. or SEAL it good.. especially if you are using 120V inline with it...

I knew I shouldn't do this at 3am- I wasn't wondering how to solder...I only saw float diagrams for a relay. I was trying to figure if I can run this just as a switch right to a pump.

I found the answer under performance, wire direct to 1 1/2 hp.
They were written so poorly I missed it. Thanks

It's only to be expected when dealing with HF & Amazon. Most of their info is in Chinglish.

Is that a sub-dialect of Americaneese?
Seriously With billions of laborers, somebody could learn them sum good English to write friggin directions....

Or use the other wire to do something like switch a light or radio to let you know the pump is turned On or off.

Thanks, good idea

LOL and to put a ! on the story, the float was a pos, you had to invert it 180 to click, then 180 then other..and nadda. Had to shake it loose.

So I got a 10 pack of tiny plastics and 10 pack of relays for about $20.

I'll wire 2 in parallel for a fail safe-Thanks guys, merry CHRISTmas.
