Wiring a L6-30

When wiring a L6-30 receptacle where the power is coming from a sub panel, where the neutral and ground are separated from each other, does the green terminal on the L6-30 go to the neutral bar, or the ground bar?

on an L6, there is no neutral, so it should go to the ground bar.

An L6-30 is 2 hots and a ground, no neutral. I think u can answer the question from there.

Green is ground so it goes to ground bar in subpanel. I would think that would be obvious.
