Wiring a plug for 110 scissor lift

My Stratus 8000e lift got delivered today.
Unfortunately they don't supply a plug for it. I ran over to home depot and picked one up. Can anyone tell me which wire goes where. It's a 110 volt motor. Of course I tried calling Stratus equiptment but there gone for the evening. Thank you
