Ok Guy's I am getting close to finishing up the framing inside my shop.
Do I run my electrical now and keep it behind the insulation or put it in after I hang the insulation?

I have space behind my framed walls between the steel siding & the 2 x 4's so I was thinking I should do the electrical first?

I would definately do electrical before insulation. Insulation is nasty stuff, and I'd rather be in as little contact with it as possible. When I built my garage, I did electrical first, even though I ran my EMT near the front of my 2x4s, and had to shove the insulation behind them.. It was still much easier to run the electrical first.

Before. Inspectors will want to see the wall cavities before insulation blocks view of any electrical j-boxes, conduit runs, etc. and framing details like fire / draft stopping, hurricane straps and the like.
