Wiring Air Compressor back to 220

Hello everyone! I have a question about wiring this air compressor back to 220v. I have a unused 220 plug in my garage so thankfully I don't have to run one. It looks like they just cut the 220 plug off and put a 110 on it. When I run it, it makes the led lights in the shop flicker. So getting it on its own breaker and alleviate that issue and help it run smoothly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

your lights are flickering because its pulling 20a running (and a lot more starting). you will have to change the winding connections per the diagram on the right side of the nameplate which i cant fully read since the cord is in the way

OK I will look up how to read those. Would it be the high voltage? Thanks for the reply by the way!

Yes 240 would be the high voltage. That's all inside the pecker head, btw. The pressure switch wiring doesn't need to change

3-8-2 get connected together.

L1 connects to 1.
L2 connects to 4 and 5.
