Wiring Cart

Looking for ideas for a wiring cart. Something that can hold spools of wire and has storage for connectors and anything wiring. Post some pics if you have a slick setup

I use Plano plastic organizers to hold all my connectors/terminals and fuses, they fit in the drawers great. Room left over for soldering iron, meters, test lights, crimpers, etc. Could make a rack that would probably hold a decent amount of wire and sit it on the bottom shelf

i got a wiring tool box, open lid, three rolls of wire on a center bar, pull what i need then close lid

I made this from scrap lumber and some 1/2 conduit. It attaches to my 2-wheel dolly with a couple of conduit clamps.

A little late to the party. The heavy duty Rubbermaid carts have three sets of holes in the legs. These holes are the perfect size for 1/2" emt to fit through, and 1/2" emt is the perfect size axle for wire spools to fit on. The picture doesn't show it but the holes run both directions. Also, there are two sizes of carts and both have the same features. A less expensive cart could have 3/4" holes drilled in the legs to accomplish the same thing. I have a 15 and a 24 spool cart so I've never set my Rubbermaid up with spools, but it's always an option. The carts also have notches in the top that make for a good saw horse for cutting conduit. Unfortunately for me, my cart usually has too much **** piled on it to cut anything, but I can attest that the notches work well.

While I don't recall organizers on the side or the brand/model, we had something just like this at a job I was working. We had to do a lot of wiring. It worked well from what I can remember.
