Wiring Detached Garage?

First post here. Looking for advice on the best way to wire a detached garage (metal building) according to the attached picture. Not sure what would be the best way to run wires to the lights, and 3 way switches near each door. I plan to use 14/2 and 14/3 mc for the lighting (led). I have two circuits in the panel, a 15a for the lights and 20a for the receptacles. Any suggestions on the best way to route the wires would be appreciated.

Are the walls just the bare metal frame? If so, I would probably use EMT. You could run a ring around the ceiling and use a T to add a drop wherever you want an outlet. If your panel has extra slots I would split the outlets into two separate circuits.

The lights I would wire up like the attached image (assuming you are not adding junction boxes). The one with the junction box label is where you would actually make most of the connections. I'd use the deepest 2 gang box you can find as there will be a lot of wires in there.

Thanks for the reply. I finally got it done using MC cable. Not the prettiest, but fine for me. Deeper boxes would definitely have made things easier.
