I have a three gang switch box which contains 3 SPST switches. Each switch switches two separate 12 watt LED loads.

Into the box:

1 14/2 hot
6 14/2 LED Loads

Each switch requires a ground, so there are a total of 10 grounds in the switch box. Too many for a single wire nut. I have some 8 position Wago Push In connectors, but that would require two connectors. When dealing with this many grounds, are they normally just crimped together?

In the "old days" grounds were just twisted together, trimmed and neatly folded into the box. Millions of houses built that way.

Just sayin' ...

Run the ground from each cable around a device screw before you wire nut, save for the one coming from the panel, run that around the box screw and then to the wire nut. Cuts down on the number of wires that need to be spliced together and keeps the box neater.

I twist them all together in the box then leave 3 long tails that aren't cut, barrel crimp on that and your good to go. I can't remember when I used a wire nut for grounds,I use barrel crimps for all my grounds as far as basic outlets and switches go

Or u could use crimp sleeves as has been mentioned already:
