Wiring in outdoor light

I'm looking to install some new lights around the outside / inside of the garage and house.
I'm looking at these models (below), I'm well versed on how to wire something that the wires are protected by fixture. But with these and a loose wire, I'm not as confident on how to wire them to code. Do I need conduit, an outdoor junction box, or something else.

I'm also thinking about installing a few inside for detailing, I'm assuming the easiest thing would be to install a plug, but I'd like to know the proper way to wire an interior light.

For the square flood light, you need an outdoor electric box (a Bell box) and you would hard-wire the light into that. Dont use these indoors because they're not good for that.
For the round UFO fixture, it's made to hang from a hook thru the eyebolt (pictured). You can put a plug onto that wire and so you'll need a receptacle in the ceiling.
You can choose to use whatever products you want to get power to the boxes, depending on your local code. I'd just use romex, but your codes and situation may vary.
Good luck,

Are you sure?

These look like low voltage lights that connect to a transformer.

In fact I think I have the exact same ones in the frontyard.

It's a 200W light, if that's low voltage he's going to spend a hell of a lot of money on transformers ;)

Also on the very bottom of the label you can make out 50/60hz.
