wiring install

good morning
I have 4/0 triplex direct bury coming from the pole to my house. It is in 2 1/2 inch conduit from rim joist to 24 inches below grade. I getting ready to install 100 amp panel in my barn. My question is can just run the 100 amp wiring back out of panel in same 2 1/2 inch conduit and take it to the barn, to save me another hole penetration into home.

Nope. Thats most likely PoCos conduit and with the 4/0 its gonna be real hard to pull anything else through. Dont do it.
