Wiring my garage... before or after insulation?

My garage shows up next week (Metal building, 24x31), and I am debating insulating it as soon as it goes up.

My question is this... Am I better off to wire the garage first, then spray the insulation, or spray the insulation, then run all the conduit/wiring over the face?

If you are going to run all your electric in conduit you can insulate and put interior walls up first. but the more you do the more you need electricity. I did mine with wiring first then insulation but mine wasn't spayed on it was batts. If I had it to do over it would be insulate first, then interior wall, then electric in conduit. looks neater, easy peasy to add too, and repairs are a no drainer.

If you are getting it inspected, (a "Rough In") electrical inspection, you might want to wait, inspectors need to see the wiring before its covered up, they seem to get irritated sometimes when you cover up the wiring.

I wasn't planning on doing interior walls right away... Need my garage up and running... But I wanted to at least insulate it before I move everything in...
