Wiring question

I am getting conflicting answers on this subject,. When running wire from my garage to my house, do I run the wire through the cement block or through the siding wall, to run it to the breaker box, closer to the floor joists? It is in conduit underground, up the outside wall, into an LB box to enter the house.

Usually cheaper/easier to go up to a height where you can LB right through into the back of the panel.

Reads as though you are already going through the siding/framing. That is ok.

I would have decided which route is the easiest to run the conduit both outside and inside. Even determining the trench location could impact decisions.
