I scored some 4 bulb 48" T12 fixtures for my 24x32 garage from craigslist. I had 6 of them surface mounted and they all worked fine. Last weekend I added 8 more and recess mounted them all. I tested them before hanging them. Now that they are all up, they are not all lighting up. I have a mix of new and used bulbs. But they all worked when I tested the fixtures. Do T12s need to be wired in any specific order? Do all the bulbs need to be the same (other than being for 34w ballasts)?
