I have drill press 120v single speed with light. It has no switches. I have a black red and green wire from outlet, black red and green from motor and 2 blue wires from light. Which wires go to which of the 2 single throw switches?

Hooking up wires then powering them up is one of those situations that you may not get a second chance to get it right. Red and black usually denote 240 volts. Green is always ground. Your light doesn't care which wire is hot and which is neutral. First verify with a meter that red and black are only 120. Then you can go from there. Are you hardwiring this or your cord has the red and black? You will need a hot to both switches, then a hot to motor and one to light. Neutrals wire butted together. Good luck.

Do check the voltage across the red and black at the outlet. As said, normally red and black are 240V. Correct colors for 120V is black and white or red and white, white is neutral for a 120V circuit.

Are you sure the drill press is 120v?
