I recently came across a Quincy QT-5 compressor soon to be available. It looks to be a 60 gal. upright in very good shape, but I don't have any other info on it at this time. I really wasn't in the market for a new unit but you know these things go. Anyone care to give me a ballpark on it?

A brand new 60 gallon QT-5 is in the $1500 ballpark. So for a used one, like all others things it depends on the condition and how bad you want/need it. I'm thinking that the $500 range would be a decent deal. If you knew about the history such as how often/hard it was used and what kind of maintenance it received, it might help. They are well built compressors and rebuild parts are easily available. They run at fairly slow, so are pretty quiet.

I recently rebuilt one that I had acquired from work, it had spun a rod due to low oil.

A 60 gallon at farm and home is $1200. I believe they are rated at 17.9cfm@100 and 17.3@175. I have the 80 gallon version and it is a very nice compressor. I think it is fairly quiet compared to most compressors I have been around. I have no clue what it would be worth.

I've had my QT-5 80 gallon for eight years now - never a problem. I think I got it for about $1200 back then. The only thing I'd question would be how it was used / taken care of and how old it is. $500 would likely be a steal and I'd be tempted to go higher if I knew it had been taken care of.
