the 3/8 and 1/4 wobbles are more useful then 1/2. I would get a 3/8 over the 1/2 if I only had 1 wobble. But I have a set of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 and the 1/4 and 3/8 has so far seen allot more action the the 1/2

I agree.

Unles you work on heavy equipment, are a diesel mechanic or do work on large mfg. machines, 1/4" and 3/8" tend to get used the most, even in my world which involves vehicles up to Ford F-550's and Sprinter Van's.

Again, it's all a matter of the type of work you do do or intend to do that should drive that decision unless you find a well build set for a steal.

I have the shortest extension in 1/4. 3/8 and 1/2 all in wobble. This allows me to use them as an adapter. Although not optimal, i don't have to buy both sets of extensions (fixed and wobble). I know Snap on has a wobble plus, but it seems most don't like it as much as the wobble.

if you are not looking for pro grade, you can go with mlittle suggestion for short extension. Right now pep boys are closing out their power built tools, for a different brand. they have a set of short wobbles for like 7 dollars.

Which drive size do you guys use wobble extensions the most?

Well ... Im currently the ebay high bidder at a whopping $1.04 + shipping on a used Snap-On 10" 1/2 drive wobble. But after thinking about it, Im kinda meh about it, as I think I might be better off getting a 3/8 wobble set. Feel free to outbid or snipe me...

As long as you don't increase your bid, I wouldn't worry too much about winning that auction.

As the others have said, the 1/4 and 3/8 drive wobbles come into play a lot more than a 1/2 drive.
