WOHOO!!! ordered new lift today

[Half Baked]

Ordered new Bend Pak XPR-10ACX from Metro-Lifts.
When everyone talked about what great customer service that Bend Pak provided, I was a little skeptical, noboby could be that good, was I ever wrong.
I emailed Jeff yesterday with some questions, he called me today and answered all of them without hesitation.
Then after finding out that I had ordered the lift ,he threw in a set of frame cradle pads, Wow wasn't expecting that, he then gave me his cell phone # and told me to call if I had any questions during my self installation.
I don't know what they pay Jeff, but I do know he earns his keep.
Ken at Metro-Lifts was also very knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of all my shipping needs and billing requirements.
Thank you to the Bend Pak team.
I will post pictures and write how the process goes.

Sounds great! What are frame cradle pads?

Also, does Bend Pak still offer custom painting? I know a guy who ordered one in black instead of the stock blue.

That is awesome. You are going to wonder how you lived with out it. Last two days, I ve used my lift to install a lift on a jeep jk and changed the oil in two of my vehicles. I talked to bendpak too, I found there customer service to be great as well.
