Grinders on matching cast iron pedestals are nice. I'd say it might be worth $150 so maybe start at $200 and see what bites.

Look on eBay and filter for sold listings, they are not that rare but you will find prices vary a lot on things like that, as most are collection only sales and will be pretty cheap. Missing the tool rest will really hurt the value, very commonly broken on those, as well as lost. Having the stand is a bonus though, most were just bench mounted.
I would give £50 or so for a complete one if I found one locally.
